Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. Through meditation and creative expression, I have found relief, connection, and fantastical experiences of self-exploration. Life is a strange and wonderful adventure!
