Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. A great way to start your day! In this guided meditation, you'll take the time to slow down and savor your coffee—whether hot or iced, black or with milk—with heightened awareness and appreciation.
This practice helps cultivate presence, enhance your sensory experience, and bring a moment of calm into your day.
Inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s mindful eating exercise, this session was written and narrated by Jayme Allen.
Before doing this meditation, please make sure your coffee is a drinkable temperature so you don't burn yourself!
