Imagine you have a superpower inside your mind. This superpower helps you feel happy, strong, and brave.
Affirmations are like magic words that you say to yourself to make this superpower stronger. For example, if you say, "I am brave," it's like telling your brain that you can be brave, and then you start to feel brave.
So, affirmations are just nice, positive sentences you say to yourself every day to help you feel good and do amazing things!
