Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. Through meditation and creative expression, I have found relief, connection, and fantastical experiences of self-exploration. Life is a strange and wonderful adventure! I try not to take it so seriously :)

Relax Your Face: A Meditation for Relief from Overthinking

If you’re caught in a loop of overthinking, this short meditation offers immediate relief by guiding you through simple face relaxation. As your facial muscles soften, your nervous system begins to settle, easing tension and creating more space in your mind. This practice is beginner-friendly, can be done sitting or lying down, and is designed to be a steady reset you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed or stuck in your head.
