Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. Through meditation and creative expression, I have found relief, connection, and fantastical experiences of self-exploration. Life is a strange and wonderful adventure! I try not to take it so seriously :)

BEDTIME STORY MEDITATIONS: Part bedtime story, part meditation, these guided sessions use calming breathing exercises and soothing storytelling to help kids (and grown-ups!) get ready for a restful sleep.

Shitty days happen - this is Jayme's "SOS" meditation for such occasions. As much as we might desperately want to be motivated and inspired and hopeful every day, it's part of the human experience to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and even hopeless.
