Hi, I'm Jayme! I'm an artist and meditation teacher. I use symbolism, visualization, and mood invocation to create immersive guided meditations. This is a soothing meditation designed to promote deep relaxation and heart-brain coherence. Through visualization and mindful breathwork, you'll cultivate emotional balance, harmonize the connection between your heart and mind, and infuse your body with revitalizing life force energy.
This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and connected to your heart's natural rhythm.
