This is a great meditation to do when you’re feeling like you will never be able to reach your goals or do the Thing you’re dreaming of doing. You might feel overwhelmed at the idea of all the work that lies ahead, you might be feeling frantic or a little manic, or you might be exhausted from taking all this action that seems like it’s just going nowhere…
You could use a break. For a few moments, ease into slow & steady, where your brain can disconnect from the overthinking and store up some creative energy instead.
