A note from Jayme: You can listen to brain training sessions anytime, anywhere. I recommend listening first thing in the morning, right before bed, or immediately after exercise. I also like to listen while walking my dog or doing the dishes. I train my brain a few minutes every day, and I challenge you to try brain training for 30 days and see what happens.
