This mini brain training can help you overcome imposter syndrome and  follow through on an idea, goal, or action plan. If you have a great idea, but you're doubting yourself OR you've been working toward a goal and you're starting to feel like you'll never get there, this quickie brain training is for you!

A note from Jayme: You can listen to brain training sessions anytime, anywhere. I recommend listening first thing in the morning, right before bed, or immediately after exercise. I also like to listen while walking my dog or doing the dishes. I train my brain a few minutes every day, and I challenge you to try brain training for 30 days and see what happens.
